Natana - 5 Pieces
Once again I have used a sketch from
Unscripted Sketches. This one also has a circle in it. I really like how this one turned out with the
Cosmo Cricket papers! I put a small foam square behind the circle to give the card some dimension, I love the way it turned out!
This is my Mia card. I also got this sketch from Sketchy Thursdays! (
I also made over a notebook with this sketch. When I get a minute I will snap some pictures of it!) I love the way this card turned out! I think the paper looks great with this sketch. Doesn't hurt that I absolutely LOVE Fancy Pants products!
Used: 5 Pieces of the "
The Daily Grind" line by
Fancy Pants.
Since I have finally found a minute to make some cards lately, I figured I should post them. This is the Faith card. I got the inspiration from a Sketchy Thursdays Challenge. I love the "
Lil Miss" line of paper from
Pebbles Inc. that I used for this card! So cute!

Emmett - 5 Pieces
This card was inspired by a sketch from the "
Sketch This" blog. I have really enjoyed the sketches over there! I think this turned out to be a wonderfully simple card! I can't wait to see it done with other papers!

Elijah - 5 Pieces
This is a sketch from a
Verve challenge I believe. I added the circle at the top to give it a little bit of an extra pop. I just love these Scenic Route papers!

Liana - 5 Pieces
Thanks to Mojo Monday for this sketch! it was perfect for this BasicGrey paper with the eskimos, deer and Santa's!

Kai - 5 Pieces
One of my new faves! The sketch for this card came from a challenge over at
Get Sketchy. I have had it for a while but not had time to do anything with it. I am so glad that I did make time though!

Farah - 5 Pieces
I have had this sketch in my book for a few months now, but just never got around to making it actually come to life. This weekend though I found some time to put it together and I have to say that I am really pleased with it! I do not remember if I got the inspiration from a sketch challenge or from a magazine but no matter what, it is just a cute card.

Jordie - 5 Pieces
For Christmas I made did a remix of my Jordie card. I absolutely love how it turned out. This paper from BasicGrey is beautiful and really makes this card look great!

Anderson - 5 Pieces

Britt - 5 Pieces
I found this GORGEOUS paper by K & Company at my local Michael's, and I HAD TO HAVE IT! Then when I was on the other side of the store picking up holiday ribbon, I found ribbon to match! Doesn't get much better!

Helen - 5 Pieces
I really like this card. The sketch came from
Mojo Monday and I wasn't sure it was something I would want to put together. I've been pushing myself to use more pieces and this one seemed very simple. I am really glad I did put it together though. I also love the paper I chose. So sweet and fun! And the stamp I used really works well with it!

Trav - 5 Pieces & 3 Brads
Thanks to the Ladies at
Sweet Sketch Wednesday for this week's inspirational sketch. Here's what I came up with, a simple but fun card that anyone can whip together! I love the little bit of "bling" that the brads add. I'm not a big embellisher, but I can handle brads here and there. I think this is a simple but sweet card that would be great for any occasion!

Jordie - 5 Pieces
My latest card, Jordie, is fun and simple and I really really like it. One of the cute girls that works at my LSS just got engaged and is SO excited about it. She's always so sweet and cute whenever I'm in there that I wanted to make her a little card and this is what I came up with. Now i just need to actually give it to her!

Ford - 5 Pieces
This card was inspired by a scrapbook page that I saw in a magazine. With my September card class coming up I knew it would be perfect paired with some fall-ish papers. Every time I look at the card though I get the odd feeling that it's sticking it's tongue out at me. OH WELL! I still really like it! Oh, and it's not named after Ford cards and trucks. I'm a Chevy girl, but the name Chevy will probably never make it on to one of my cards!

Olinda - 5 Pieces
This is my take on the sketch challenge this week at
YMBD. The more I look at this card the more I like it. I love the circle element and how simple the whole sketch is!

Lexi - 5 Pieces
Thanks to
Get Sketchy for this super fun sketch! I pulled out my super girly paper (to offset all the manly stuff I've been gravitating to lately) and whipped this up. I am not a girly-girl, nor am I a tom-boy, I fall somewhere in that middle zone. I find I fall into that category in most instances in my life! Anyway, I have to say, for not being a girly-girl I do LOVE this super cute paper from Imaginisce.

Fae - 5 Pieces
I got this card idea from the Saturday sketch on
Unscripted Sketches. I think I would like it better if I hadn't used the yellowish/greenish paper for the background, but I still really like the card. I love the scallop on the bottom, but wish I was able to make them bigger. The brads were also fun on this card. That's two cards in a row that I used brads on. All in all it's a very cute and simple sketch you can use for just about anything. Thanks for checking it out! Let me know what you think of it! Have a great day!

Ryder - 5 Pieces

Lola - 6 Pieces (5 Patterns)
The Lola card came from Mojo Monday's challenge from this week. They turned 100 this week and did one challenge a day. The Ryder card seems like it will be one that will translate to a masculine look very easily. I wasn't sure how these were going to turn out, but in the end I am really happy with them. I used paper from a company I had never heard of before, The Paper Company Studio, and after looking them up online I would like to use some of their other lines in the future.

Bree - 5 Pieces
This card came from a sketch from
Get Sketchy, one of my new favorite sketch sites! This is the GS #2 sketch, and I named it Bree after one of the very patient designers that helped me get their "blinkie" put on my blog (over there on your right). I have been dancing around this "Girl Friday" line by Cosmo Cricket at my local Roberts Crafts store for a few months now. I finally broke down and bought it when they had all of their paper on sale 40% off. Now I can't understand why I didn't buy it before! I absolutely LOVE this card!

Willow - 4 Pieces (as shown)

Silas - 5 Pieces (as shown)
Two new cards thanks to Mojo Monday! Both cards show how you can take a card and mix it up by adding ribbon where a paper piece was or by just not putting a paper piece in. In the Willow you can very easily swap out the ribbon and use a strip of paper. On the Silas sketch there is a small strip of paper on the left edge of the green rectangle, but I didn't want to use it with this card.
